1. What is the delivery time?

The delivery time to your home is 48-72 hours on business days (Monday to Friday during business hours) for shipments within Spain except to the Balearic and Canary Islands. We don’t deliver on weekends and holidays.

2. For shipments within Europe the delivery time is 6-10 days.

The delivery time mentioned above is for all the items in the store except custom-made items and items made upon request which will be delivered in 8 weeks.

3. What does the shipping cost?

The shipping cost varies depending on the volumetric weight of the order. 

There are three categories for orders within Spain (the peninsula): Low volumetric weight: €20; Medium volumetric weight: €50; High volumetric weight: €100. 

Three categories for shipments to the Balearic Islands: Low volumetric weight: €20; Medium volumetric weight: €60; High volumetric weight: €180. And three categories for international shipping: Low volumetric weight: €50; Medium volumetric weight: €75; High volumetric weight: €150

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia,  and Sweden

Standard shipping Price: 275€.

The prices mentioned above is for all the items in the store except custom-made items . Customer made items should ask for special quote 

4. Can I change the shipping address?

The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been picked up by the transport agency, unless the customer is responsible for the cost and it is expressly agreed upon between the parties.
