These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the Website www.nuancedesignmarbella.com (hereinafter, the Website) owned by AZARMEHR GROUP SL (hereinafter, Nuance Design Marbella)
Nuance Design Marbella offers this Website subject to these Terms and Conditions. The fact of visiting the Website or using its services or applications implies acceptance of these Conditions.
Access to the Website does not require the User to register. However, in order to contract any of the services offered by Nuance Design Marbella, it may be necessary for the User to register and accept these conditions before finalizing the payment.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal
7.1 Returns due to manufacturing defects.
The consumer and user may return to Nuance Design Marbella, free of charge, any product that is defective during a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Taking into account the nature of the products purchased, the consumer and user will have a period of 15 days from when they became aware of the product defect to notify Nuance Design Marbella through the contact form of the Website, indicating the defective product or products, attaching photographs and other evidence that demonstrate the defects or lack of conformity of the products, as well as a detailed list of the defects found, the purchase order and any Other additional documentation that allows the identification of the purchase made by the consumer and user.

In the event that the consumer and user do not proceed in this way, Nuance Design Marbella and, in particular, the Quality Department, must objectively assess the incident, determining whether the product is defective, taking into account its nature and that of the alleged lack of conformity or defect.
In accordance with the foregoing, the consumer and user may replace the defective product with another with identical characteristics, without incurring any product replacement cost. If it is not possible to replace the defective product with another with identical characteristics, the consumer will be offered the possibility of choosing a new similar model.
Nuance Design Marbella informs customers and users that the term of return of the amounts paid depends on the form of payment that the consumer and user has used when purchasing the product:
